A glimpse into my process, if anyone is interested… I decide to make Jay Leno, and couldn’t decide what choices to make… I spent over an hour fiddling with mouths, eye sizes and positions, all of them seemed ok… so with this blog in mind I took screenshots as I went:
I finally settled on a couple of designs.. smiling Jay and serious Jay. Again, I never arrived at ‘perfection’ but rather, I just made a choice:

Top row, third to the right. That one looks the best to me.
yeah i thought so too… some of them just fall flat… the double-line eyes kinda work too…. i had an argument with my dad about the best eye selection 
arguing with your dad over which eyes on the mii palette are best for Jay Leno… it doesn’t get much funnier..
